CAR SEAT SERVICES at Serenity Birth Studio:
Installation & Education Session (all ages)
During this 1 hour appointment, we work together to ensure that your car seat is installed correctly and you'll learn how to properly fit your child and make adjustments as they grow. We'll also discuss the features and functions of your car seat and review a list of safety topics and best practice recommendations. ***For a pre-natal check appointment, I'll use a newborn-sized doll to demonstrate proper harnessing and you'll visit me after baby arrives (at no extra charge) for a more thorough fit check.
To prepare for the appointment, please read the car seat manual in full. This will help enhance your learning experience! ***If you have 2 car seats, please book back-to-back time slots or the latest time slot available on any given day. For 3+ car seats, please message me to set up a private appointment at my location.
COST:
- $30 for one car seat already installed in the vehicle. For infant seats, add $10 for the inspection of an extra base in a 2nd vehicle
+ $20 for each additional car seat already installed in the same or different vehicle
- $20 per seat for repeat clients (upgrading from infant seat to convertible, checking installation of a car seat in another vehicle or transitioning from rear-facing to forward-facing - car seat arrives already installed by the parent or caregiver)
- $40 for one car seat to be unboxed/assembled and installed by the CPST
+$30 for each additional car seat to be unboxed/assembled and installed by the CPST in the same or different vehicle
- $30 per car seat for repeat clients (upgrading from infant seat to convertible, checking installation of a car seat in another vehicle or transitioning from rear-facing to forward-facing - car seat to be unboxed/assembled and installed by the CPST)

Infant Fit Check Drop-In
Every Wednesday 11:00am-5:00pm or Thursday 9:30am-2:00pm

Bring your baby in their infant car seat for a harness fit check/adjustment, ask questions, learn some valuable safety tips and when to transition to a convertible car seat, including recommendations for seats that are best suited for your child's age/size, vehicle and budget.
