Located in northeast Barrie, Serenity offers a variety of programs and services to support your journey through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early-years parenting. The Baby Shop is stocked with carefully selected products for a happy and healthy mom, baby and toddler, and is open for in-person shopping 6 days per week and online 24/7!

CAR SEAT SERVICES at Serenity Birth Studio:
Installation & Education Session
During this 1 hour appointment, we work together to ensure that your car seat is installed correctly and you'll learn how to properly fit your child and make adjustments as they grow. We'll also discuss the features and functions of your car seat and review a list of safety topics and best practice recommendations. ***For a pre-natal check appointment, I'll use a newborn-sized doll to demonstrate proper harnessing and you'll visit me again after baby arrives (at no extra charge) for a more thorough fit check.
To help enhance your learning experience, please read the car seat manual in full and ensure your vehicle is clean and free of excess clutter prior to your appointment.
Appointment Options
Each option accommodates a maximum of 2 car seats/vehicles only. For 3+ car seats/vehicles, please message me directly to arrange a private appointment at my location.
Option 1 - CAR SEAT(S) INSTALLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
- $30 for one car seat/vehicle. For infant car seats, add $10 for an extra base in a second vehicle
- Add $20 for one additional car seat in the same or different vehicle
- $20 per car seat for repeat clients
If you have two car seats in one vehicle or one car seat in two different vehicles, please book back-to-back time slots or the latest time slot available on any given day.
Option 2 - CAR SEAT(S) TO BE INSTALLED BY CPST
(includes unboxing & any required assembly)
- $40 for one car seat/vehicle. For infant car seats, add $15 for an extra base in a second vehicle
- Add $30 for one additional car seat in the same or different vehicle
- $30 per car seat for repeat clients
